A Taste of What’s to Come?
Today Landry Clark and Ethan Wilkes traveled to Lafayette, LA to compete in a cross country meet hosted by fellow ACEL member John Paul the Great Academy. It was John Paul the Great’s first XC meet. It was very well organized and the people were great! Landry and Ethan represented Shreveport Force quite well by placing first and second respectively! Way to go guys! Next year, Shreveport Force plans on having an XC team that will compete locally, regionally, and in the state. If you are interested in helping with XC next year or have a student that is interested in competing fill out the form below: [formidable id=3]

JV Volleyball
The FORCE “unofficial” JV consists of 7 girls ages 9 to 12. The girls have had a fabulous season learning the game of volleyball. This was the first time on the court for all but one of the girls. Great things to come for these girls.
Force Team Members Set State ACEL Records
On May 7th, 2016 the Shreveport Force Track and Field team traveled to compete in our first ACEL State Championship Track and Field meet. We are very proud of our athletes and the way in which they competed. Two of our athletes, Austin Helms and Cade Shaw, won and set state records in their events. Austin Helms, a senior and first year athlete in Track and Field, set the ACEL state record in the long jump at 19’5″. After scratching on his second jump Austin pushed through, focused, and jumped his best jump to win and set the state record.
Cade Shaw, also a first year Track and Field athlete, won and set the record in the high jump with a 5’8″ jump.
