Aaron’s favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:31 “…If God is for us who can be against us?”. The youngest of six children, he enjoys duck hunting and training his retrievers. He has been homeschooled his entire life. Aaron plans to attend Mississippi State University and study engineering. Aaron would like to acknowledge and thank the Force family for welcoming him as one of their own and showing him what it means to truly be a part of a team, especially you, Malachi! I will remember the memories I have experienced here for a long time to come. He would like to say thank you to his mom and dad for allowing him the opportunity to be a part of the Shreveport Force and being there during the late nights and early mornings throughout his high school journey. But most importantly Aaron would like to thank his parents for their unmatched love and support both on and off the court.
Eric Clampitt
This is my fourth year playing Force Basketball. I had never picked up a basketball prior to joining FORCE, and it’s been a great experience. I have learned a great deal from my team mates and want to thank them for their support and friendship over the years. I also want to thank Coach Josh for pushing me to be a better player and a better person. I am currently enrolled in classes at Bossier Parish Community College and plan to transfer to Louisiana Tech and major in Aviation. I would like to thank my parents for educating me, loving me, and supporting me. I would like to thank my siblings for being my biggest fans and always willing to travel and cheer for Basketball. My favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
Cade Shaw
Cade’s favorite scripture is First Timothy 4:8. “For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life, and also for the life to come.” He has earned a 4.0 GPA throughout high school, and currently takes classes at LSUS. His favorite highlights of his basketball career are his 46 point, 24 rebound game in the state homeschool tournament of his Junior year, and winning the league championship with his team his Freshman year. His awards include first team all state honors the past two years, and being selected to the National Homeschool Big South All-Regional First Team. Cade is undecided of his college plans. Cade would like to thank his mom and dad for supporting him throughout his career, and his brothers and teammates Cameron and Coleson for helping him improve and supporting him. He would also like to thank his Grandparents for faithfully attending almost every game he ever played in, from little league to High School. He would like to thank his coach Josh Garrett for his selfless devotion and sacrifice for the team, as well as being a strong role model for his team to look up to. Lastly, he would like to thank his Force teammates from the past 5 years for always having his back, and the Force fans and families for their support and dedication to the team.
